Who is this program for?

Adults in the United States who are thinking about quitting, but aren't ready to stop completely. Daily challenges will help you build your quitting skills—like managing cravings and understanding your triggers—and get you prepared to try a Practice Quit or quit for good. This program is offered by the National Cancer Institute’s Smokefree.gov.

How does it work?

Sign up with the form below or text GO to 47848.

After you confirm your enrollment, you will receive daily text messages to support you in quitting smoking from the short code 47848 (message and data rates may apply). The program lasts for 7 days.
