Commit yourself to a healthier lifestyle with Smokefree.gov. Check in each week, choose a team, and accept the challenge toward better health. Use the week to complete the challenge and come back the following Monday to see how your team did. A little healthy competition is good for us all!


This week's challenge:

Make a splash! Use water to get 30 minutes of physical activity this week. Trying swimming, water aerobics, or kayaking.

Swimming and other water-related activities are excellent ways to get the physical activity needed for a healthy life. Head to the ocean, lake, river, or pool this week for some surfing, snorkeling, kayaking, or swimming. Don't have a body of water nearby? Look for water-related classes in your community to enjoy the benefits water activities have to offer.
